For myself and many of my clients, we've realized what a huge stress-reliever it's been to get to know the Energy of our Human Design Life Charts!

Why is it a huge Stress Reliever?

1. It can help you feel empowered, masterful and valuable, instead of alone and , disconnected, distrusting  and overwhelmed by life.
2. It can help you feel more safe anywhere you go instead of feeling worried about the things that might go wrong around the next corner.
3. It can help you connect with your inner joy instead of wanting to hide in a deep dark hole somewhere and never come out.
4. It can bring a sense of inner self-acknowledgement instead of feeling like a "deer in the headlights", feeling afraid of doing something wrong and/or wanting to run away from everything that's happening in your life.
5. It can help you feel a greater sense of inner self-acceptance when you share something, instead of distrusting yourself and everyone else, feeling like you're going to lose your shirt and being afraid of getting taken advantage of every time you turn around.
6. It can help you develop a sense of inner self-trust and self-validation, instead of getting "stuck" and not being able to get the things done you're wanting to get done, being afraid of what others will think of you or feeling obligated to do something you don't really like doing.
7. It offers a consistent, stable reference point for you to know yourself in a way that you've never been able to before.
8. It offers a consistent, stable and dependable way for you to make clear choices in your life, instead of just jumping into something and then later discovering after the fact that you just jumped from the frying pan into the fire! (This used to happen to me...a lot...funny, but not very funny in many cases...)
9. It can guide you in connecting with your innate Physical and Spiritual Gifts and Talents and understanding that you might be a "Late Bloomer".  (Secret Message:  If you have a 6th Line in your Human Design Profile, you're a Late Bloomer, and you may feel stressed out and stuck because of that!).
10. It offers a pointing finger as to what you would enjoy doing for your Vocation along with the "way" you offer that out in the world, because it delights the Heart and Soul of who you are deep down inside.
11. It shows you which "slice" of the Core Wound of HumanKind you are here to heal up and move forward with confidence and openness in the world (this is not personal, everyone has their own slice to and flavor to taste, transform and transmute in their life).
12. It can support you in feeling more empowered as you learn about any inherent vulnerabilities you may have in your life so you can consciously choose to rise above any apparent challenges and purposefully empower and strengthen yourself in the areas that your Soul Expression wished to while in physical form in the Earth Plane.
13. It lets you know the flavor of blessings coming to you in your life and any inherited beliefs you may have regarding abundance and prosperity that may be blocking you from moving forward and experiencing prosperity in your life.
14. It shows you what you're here to heal up, forgive and share in the world and the flavor of energy that that sharing occurs through.
15. It shows you how to fully connect with your physical form in the way that is supportive for you so you can Do what you came here to Be.

All this combined brings a tremendous sense of inner peace, so that when you notice you're feeling any level of worry, anxiety or stress coming up inside yourself and you don't know which way to go, or what choice to make; then, through the Energy of your Design, you can follow its stable guidance and reach clarity through inner calmness and confidence...on your own...without feeling compelled to look to another supposedly more "desirable", "important", "knowing" or "correct" source outside yourself.

The thing is:  There's a way you can truly avoid feeling like you're flopping all over the place all the time and potentially ending up in a big terrible mess!  (For me, in my life, and after coming to know myself better through the energies of my Human Design Life Chart, this now only happens occasionally, whereas, before, it used to happen all the time!!!)

Knowing yourself through the energy of your unique Human Design Life Chart can help you catch yourself, before you end up all stressed out, by knowing what many of your triggers are so you can consciously and mindfully pause with awareness and choose differently. 

There will still be many areas of unawareness you'll have regarding yourself, even once you have your Life Chart in hand, as this is part of Be-ing in Physical Form in the Earth Plane; but jumping in to the adventure of finding those is part of what life is all about, isn't it?!  Otherwise, it would be terribly boring and wouldn't be any fun at all, right?

Because there's so much confusion, chaos and upheaval happening in the world right now, I'm personally grateful for the stability of knowing how to make clear decisions in a dependable way in my life, without having to look outside myself to an "authority" figure (i.e., news, teacher, friend, politician, etc., etc.), and can access The Divine within me in order to confidently move forward in a self-empowered way...by using the guidance of my unique Human Design Authority.

It feels even more necessary at this time than ever before in the world.

I really love that! 💖😊

Tell your Beautiful Mind what to do.

Don't let it tell YOU what to do!

That's when things usually run amok!

Letting your mind tell you what to do is called pure chaos in a bottle!

All heck is going to break loose!

You are the only one who can control your own Mind (your crew).

You're the Boss...the Captain...trust yourSelf to take charge!

Not one single ship gets across the ocean to the other shore by taking orders from the crew.

It crosses to the other shore by following the Captain!

If you notice some of your "crew" members running across the stage of your mind, yelling, hollering and kicking of their heals, maybe even running with scissors (Heaven forbid), you can take charge and change the scene.

You can even change the scenery, if necessary.

Consider creating a fall-back phrase that you can use at a moment's notice, if or when your crew misbehaves.

Here's some examples I invite you take as yours if you wish, or modify it for your own circumstances (there is a trick to creating 100% positive declarative statements, though -- more on that later):

• "I am loving myself, and I am loving myself some more." (this is my fave)
• "I am accepting who I am in this very moment, and all is well."
• "I am perfect exactly the way I am this very moment."
• "I am honoring, valuing and appreciating who I am and resting for that now." (pause for a moment and rest for whatever the challenge is - notice how your Body Cosmos feels when you do this)
• "I am standing in integrity with the Heart and Soul of who I am."
• "I am connected with the Divinity and Joy in me and loving who I am."

Let yourself venture into receiving the Flow of Divine Energy in your Heart.

Notice how it feels in your Body Cosmos as you do this.

The only true "Healer" is one's own Self.

Personal Sacred Boundaries are Super Important!

Have you drawn your line in the sand and put your Sacred Boundaries in place today?

It's the Number One most important thing for you to create and maintain each day.

It's the Supreme Starting Place for Manifesting your Beautiful Gifts in the world!

Sacred Geometry shows us that this is true.

Without drawing the lines in order to create the Sacred Space, there are no Sacred Boundaries in place, i.e., nothing will form in Physical Reality!

A container is Required, else nothing congeals into physical form because there's nowhere for it to Be (make itself manifest)! ♥

What does it look like when we don't create and maintain our Sacred Boundaries?

• Lots of drama
  
• Other people penetrating into personal space without permission
  
• Abuse on any level
  
• Manipulation
  
• Bullying
  
• Forcing
  
• Loss of Freedom
  
• "cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria", etcetera, etcetera, etcetra

Jokes aside, the "drama" could be occurring from an outside source to you, or from inside yourself to another. 😮

Don't go beating yourself up about it, though, regardless of the source!

We're all Beautiful Humans in the Grand Cosmic Scheme of All Things and we're all here learning together, especially right now.

Notice the places where Sacred Boundaries may not be being recognized in your life -- either from oneself or from another.

Definitely put the "Blame Stick" in the fire and burn it. Just transmute that sucker into pure compassion, love and light, because that's not what this is about.

It's about Drawing the Line of Love in your life -- that's it.

Now that there's a noticing as to where the violation could be coming from, allow yourSelf to notice how it feels for a few moments and where you're feeling that inside your Body.

Where does the discomfort sit inside you? Notice it now.  Is in your chest, your belly, your knee or head?

Pause for a moment and Send it Love and Gratitude.

Thank it for delivering it's beautiful message of awareness.

Place a big ball of sunshine inside it.

Beam at it.

Smile at it.

Love it.

Thank it for everything you're learning about it now.
Let it know how much you value and appreciate it.

🧚#FaerieWandThat…it’ll feel even better!

I've decided to come out of the closet...

Since the very beginning of my life, I've been extremely shy.  I didn't speak very much and ended up standing on the edge of the playground watching the other children play, hoping someone might invite me to join in (which is totally contrary to the Divine Expression of my Human Design Life Chart).  Over the years, I've felt alone and much like an outsider -- someone who doesn't fit in -- a quiet, funny girl...

I'd make attempts at playing with others, and I even endeavored to make birthday cards for everyone in my Second Grade classroom at school, until I saw that someone I'd very carefully created, colored and cut out a card for had thrown it in the garbage on the way out of class one day.  Ouch!

Feelings of aloneness and anger welled up inside, compounded by the frustrating experiences I had at home in my formative years. 

I ended up squelching my creativity at the ripe old age of twelve when me and a mechanical typewriter fell in love with each other.  It wasn't true love, though, even though I thought it was love at first sight.  As a matter of fact, I felt desperate to get my phalanges on the cute little thing -- so desperate, in fact, that I went to the student counselor's office and requested to be placed in the typing class (that wasn't very shy, I know, but I was very determined)!  This request was met with, "You're only in Seventh Grade.  You need to wait until next year."

How exasperating!

While I waited with baited breath for access to the upcoming class, I continued pounding out drills on my piano at home, which I later discovered was a plus for producing Divine Confident Expression via the aforementioned typewriter.

Since then, I've come to realize that that dear, lovely typewriter was merely a perceived route for me to get out on my own and support myself decently in the process, which it dutifully did, but I'm realizing now could not have sustained it over time in the long term due to the way my energy field best works.

Over the years, my energy was pulled more and more away from my creative self expression and my natural, innate talents for sketching, art and music (as I naturally headed into marriage and parenthood).  I met and married my wonderful husband, and we have two beautiful children which we home birthed and home schooled.   It was a lot of work, and very well worth it, even with all the ups and downs of life (even the sacrifice of setting aside any potential of artistic pursuits)!

Now, as our children are in their early twenties, I find myself being able to immerse myself more fully in connecting with the authentic expression that is who I truly am deep down inside, and to be fully present to supporting other women to do the same for themselves as well by connecting with and fully embodying their innate gifts, love and beauty within.  This is one of my greatest delights and intentions!

It's truly lovely to see the successes of those around me and to watch them thrive and grow.  Women hold a particular place of love in my heart, especially women who are looking to sincerely allow themselves to step into their Divine Empowerment -- women who are open, ready, willing and able to do the work necessary in order to reach their greatest joy by getting down to the nitty gritty of what it truly means to fully Embody the Love and Beauty that they are.

If this is you, feel free to raise your hand (the Cosmic Realm will most certainly mark you as seen, heard and present ♥)!

​As I've sat in long hours of meditation, I've come to the full realization that in order for me to better serve and support you in experiencing that very thing, I can only do that best by stepping fully into that role myself.

As I bring the message of Embodying Be-Lovingness out into the world, I am allowing the "voice of my business, Cosmic Shaman LLC" to continue holding the structural foundation of my business, while at the same time, allowing my own "personal voice" to step forward and connect with you in a more authentic way -- a way that a business just cannot do on its own.

I must admit...I've been holding back!

There's been pieces of my business that I've worked long and hard to bring together, through great persistence and determination and Divine Intervention, in many cases.

The Grand Cosmos is now giving me the "Great Thumbs Up"!  lol

My intention when bringing Cosmic Shaman LLC into being several years ago, was to serve my community by supporting others in healing themselves through the healing power of their love.

The focus will still be on the same note or tone, but in a more clear and focused way through a combination of the Human Design System, the Quantum Alignment System, Quantum Touch and quantum principles for self-individuation.  I haven't really been making blog posts because I realized I was not fully clear within myself and was confused as to the truest, deepest message I wanted to bring into the world.

(I'm also going to cut myself some slack here, because, being that I'm a 6/3 Profile in the Human Design System, this means that I'm a "late bloomer", so all is definitely in exact Divine Timing! ♥)

As part of taking a massive and much needed restorative pause, I've delved deep into the Human Design System and Karen Curry's Quantum Alignment System and became a Certified Human Design Specialist and Certified Quantum Alignment Practitioner in order to get to know myself better, as my Divine Wish for All (including myself) is to be one's very own BFF (Best Friend Forever).

This is definitely a work in progress!  Some days are better than other days, for sure, as there is much to learn and grow with.

With this realization, I am re-branding my business with my name so I can better serve and support you.

I'll be rolling out more information and announcements in the coming weeks, as I mentioned in my previous blog post, "Transformation Is Coming!".

Know that you are greatly appreciated!  You are super valuable!  You are necessary and required in the world.  None of us would be who we are if you were not here with us.

Oh goodness, It's been a while since I posted!

​There's been so much going on and many changes are afoot!

I've been studying so intensely and learning more about the Human Design System and Quantum Alignment System, and been in a process of discovering the ideal way to bring this information through for you with clarity.

There's so much information it's mind-boggling!

Needless to say, this website needs a massive overhaul, and will soon be transforming in order to bring this new vision into reality and create more clarity.

I appreciate your patience as I've been in a process of discovering what works on my website and what doesn't work (I'm a 6/3 Profile in the Human Design System and need to play around with ideas for awhile until the correct idea steps forward.  That process can appear to be a bit messy, confusing and chaotic at times, even once I find out what truly works, because then I get to master it! -- lol -- life is so funny that way, ya know). 

The clearer picture is now in view and I'm in the process of making that a reality very shortly.  (Experimenting will always be in the picture, though, and your feedback is gratefully accepted as I send out surveys to you so I know how to better serve you.)

Also, I have a customer who is visually challenged, so I will be doing my best to make things as easily accessible as I possibly can for those who may be either visually and/or auditorially challenged, with captions for images and videos.  I'm not sure how well I'll be able to cover all those bases, but will do the best I can.

As I get my new email service provider up and running, and I get your email entered into the system, you will receive an invitation to confirm receiving emails from me.

The new manuals are awesome and offer more variable ways of utilizing the techniques.  I'm in the process of upgrading the old manual that I'd prepared for my students to refer to before the new manual, along with a new Chakra Energy Chart, and will provide a way for you to download a digital copy of that if you are one of my previous students, including my Quantum Touch DVD Class Attendees.

I'm also looking at ways for us to get together and practice Quantum Touch Techniques and will send a survey to be in touch with you if you've taken the Level 1 Workshop from me previously.  If you don't receive a survey to fill in some time over the next couple of months, be sure to get in touch with me so you can join in.
