It is so important for us to love and nurture our Selves in some way, large or small, each and every day in order to increase our experience of joy and peace in our lives.

Wayne Dyer has been quoted to say, "You can't give something that you don't have."

This is so very true!

If you imagine you have a Honey Pot, much like Winnie the Pooh, and imagine that you're scraping the bottom of that

Honey Pot, it's time to get some more honey!  Winnie the Pooh was unable to share any honey with Piglet because he didn't have any to give.

Some days, we're actually scraping the bottom of our own Honey Pot, too, and then we're unable to fully serve, love and nurture those around us because we've not taken time to fill our own Honey Pot with honey for own selves first.

As soon as we allow our Selves the time to rest, rejuvenate and relax, this will fill our Honey Pot with that sweet honey love we're all looking for!  The more you do this, the more full your Honey Pot will BE-come.  This will allow you the ability to easily and naturally share what you have with others BE-cause you will now have the energy and capacity to do so.

BE sure to show love and kindness, patience and understanding -- forms of Self Nurturing -- for your Self each day, and you will naturally and easily find your Self doing this for others, which will allow you and those around you to experience greater joy and love in living their life!  This is like your Honey Pot BE-ing full and overflowing with honey to spare for every one, including your Self!
