Cosmic Shaman llc ("Cosmic Shaman") owns and operates this ShellyLLiedtke.com and/or HumanDesignSelfCare.com and/or MysticMamaHumanDesign.com website business. All references to "we", "us", this "website" or this "site" shall be construed to mean this website business and Cosmic Shaman. All references to “you,” “your,” and “yours” shall be construed to mean any person or entity who uses the Site.
General Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by www.ShellyLLiedtke.com, HumanDesignSelfCare.com and/or www.MysticMamaHumanDesign.com (the “Site”) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

In Case of Cancellation for Quantum Touch Level 1 Workshops:
To keep our workshop fees as low as possible, we have instituted the following policies for cancellations (these guidelines are set via the Quantum Touch, Inc., office headquarters):
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The fees for all Trainings are non-refundable (except as outlined above in reference to the Quantum Touch Level 1 Workshop):
If you are unable to attend a course, with 30-day’s notice, we will credit your account the balance of the investment, minus deposit and processing fees, to the next class session held. All other costs associated with the class are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Right to Reschedule
If you are unable to show up for your scheduled mentoring, coaching, reading and/or Quantum Touch energy lightwork session time, with a minimum 24-hour’s notice, we will re-schedule your appointment; otherwise, you will be charged as if the service took place at the scheduled time.
At the discretion of Cosmic Shaman, we retain the right to reschedule any or all mentoring, coaching, readings, workshops and/or Quantum Touch energy lightwork service at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Possible Reasons for Rescheduling of Service, including, but not limited to:

At the discretion of Cosmic Shaman, we retain the right to refuse, suspend and/or cancel any or all mentoring, coaching, readings, workshops and/or energy lightwork service at any time, without a refund, for any of the reasons listed below, at our sole discretion.
Possible Reasons for Refusal of Service, including, but not limited to:
Updates and Amendments to this Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy from time to time. All amendments will be effective upon the posting of such updated Refund Policy. Your continued access to or use of the Site or service after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by this Refund Policy, as amended.

- Any item that has obvious signs of use;
- Any item that has obvious signs of having been opened;
- Personally-autographed materials;
- Audio and video products;
- Live-Streamed and/or In-Person Trainings (refer below for details regarding Quantum Touch Level 1 Workshops for separate cancellation and refund policies);
- Single Readings and/or Reading Packages;
- Coaching Sessions and/or Coaching Packages;
- Consultation Sessions and/or Consultation Packages;
- Quantum Touch Lightwork Sessions and/or Quantum Touch Lightwork Packages; and/or
- Mentoring Sessions and/or Mentoring Packages.
In Case of Cancellation for Quantum Touch Level 1 Workshops:
To keep our workshop fees as low as possible, we have instituted the following policies for cancellations (these guidelines are set via the Quantum Touch, Inc., office headquarters):
- Cancellation more than 10 business days before the first day of the workshop: Full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
- Cancellation within 5-10 business days: 50% refund, minus a $35 processing fee.
- Cancellation within 4 business days or a no-show will not be refunded.
- Cancellation fees will be waived if you find someone to fill the cancelled space (even the $35 processing fee will not be charged if they use your payment and simply pay you back directly).
- Transfer to another workshop date: $35 processing fee.
- No refund requests will be honored on the day of the workshop.
- No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.
- All other costs associated with the workshop, including travel, hotel arrangements and food are the full responsibility of the purchaser.
- If we are the cause of the cancellation due to any unforeseen or unexpected reason, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the workshop will be re-scheduled. In the case of an unforeseen or unexpected reason for cancelling the workshop, if you are unable to attend a Quantum Touch Level 1 Workshop offered by us in the future, you will be given a full refund within 30 days after the cancellation takes place.

Possible Reasons for Refusal of Service, including, but not limited to:
- Disrespect during a workshop or session;
- Abusive language during a workshop or session; or
- Repeated failure to show for workshop or session.
