As a 6/3 Profile and Manifestor with dense activations on the Emotion Center in my Human Design Life Chart, I totally understand the feeling and physical experience of instability in my life -- it's my constant and ever-present companion.😜

Over time, throughout my life (even from toddler-hood) I've been able to discover and develop ways that I personally use on a daily basis now and have handy to fall back on to feel better and more grounded...some of which can be used at a moment's notice, and some are for "preventive maintenance".

It's much like taking care of one's vehicle maintenance in order to minimize any breakdowns out in the middle of nowhere, except that this isn't for your vehicle that gets you where you want to go around town...

...This is directly focused on your personal inner spiritual maintenance (not religious), care and nurturing, so your physical body (the conveyance of your Soul) can be healthier, feel happier and live in harmony wherever you are.

This is the "as above, so below" principle...
what happens on the inside, will affect what happens on the outside.

By consciously engaging in the Grand Game of Life in a way that directly supports your ability to make wise/clear decisions in a consistent way, you gain the potential of increasing your Inner Spiritual State of Wellbeing.
