Ready to make the leap and dive deeply in to your Self and who you truly are?
That's the energy we're swimming in at this time in our lives!
Discovering your Self and your own individuality and personal rights as a Human BE-ing on this beautiful planet Earth!
Remember to have kindness, compassion and patience for your Self, as well as those around you, as you move through this time of inner work, getting more familiar with who you truly are and what direction your life is taking.
Be sure to set aside some time for Self Care and Self Nurturing -- soaking in the tub, eating a treat, taking a walk, applying essential oils...
Notice any emotional swings or beliefs that may arise.
Express gratitude, releasing any non-supportive emotions and/or beliefs with love and appreciation.
Also, don't worry if it seems that you are just starting a bunch of new stuff right now (or feeling to do so) -- it may or may not stay in your space in the long run, and that's okay.
Let your Self explore the many realms of who you are in this life and let your life be infused with the true Spirit of Harmony. Joy and Oneness -- telling, sharing and expressing any stories (real, or not) that may come to you that you feel to express, either to others or just for your Self -- writing and releasing them on paper.
Write any non-supportive, junky "stories" and beliefs on a paper and transmute them in to light by lighting them on fire and watching them burn to ashes in your fireplace or barbecue.
Write any uplifting "stories", beliefs or ideas in an Idea Journal for later reference or enjoyment. A Gratitude Journal is an amazing boon for many people around the world!
Notice any inspirations you may have coming to you and write them in your Idea Journal. As you do this, release any pressure to do anything with these ideas or inspirations. Just write and release them. If you, or anyone else, decide to apply the ideas or listen to the inspirations later on, or not, it's okay either way.
As you ask and release the following questions, Be open to letting the answers come to you in any way that is best for you, with full and complete ease and grace, releasing any pressure or trying to find the answers (they'll come to you on their own in the exact right way and timing):
Breathe it in....
Breathe it out....
Surrender in to it....
Dive in and Swim in it....
Declare the following for your support and joy this day:
