Let your Self come in to full and deep appreciation for who you are and where you've been! It takes a whole lot of courage to be on this planet some days. Choose to make the commitment to be the very best YOU that you can BE!
Appreciate that every experience you've had in your life is there for a reason. Sometimes we don't like what's
happening and would wish it to disappear or go away; but, if we take the time to sit quietly and sink deeply in to gratitude and appreciation for whatever is going on, we will open up our awareness to the treasure that awaits us in the very experience itself.
Every thing is exactly the way it is "supposed" to BE!
Have a good visit with your Self, deep within your Heart-Mind. Speak in a loving manner, acknowledging your challenges and frustrations, sprinkled with plenty of gratitude. Oftentimes, stressful situations or experiences can be the very opportunity that presents itself to bring us to the space of truly loving and appreciating our Selves and All That IS.
Express gratitude for each part of YOU, beginning with your toenails, toes and feet and continuing on up to your ankles, shins and knees. Next up are your hips, your stomach, chest, lungs and heart. Then your throat and neck, head, eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, tongue, brain, hair, etc.
Connecting with your body and BE-ingness in this manner, with love and gratitude, is one of the most healing activities you can do for your Sacred Self.
